Ok, I'm still trying to fix this %#^& AC. I've been reading the online manuals and none of them provide a clue as to how to remove the glove box. I've looked at it, studied it, and evreything I see to try will wind up breaking it.
I also looked into adjusting the blower vents and there is a reference to "roll back the dash board".
Talk about frustrating. I guess I'll wind up taking it to the dealer and paying through the wazooo to get it fixed.
