I'm surprised you used the Yellow Top battery. I put a Red Top in my wife's BMW 740iL. The red top is more or a cranking battery than the yellow top (deep cycle version). You sit and listen to the stereo or watch TV a lot???
I'm on my second set of Western Auto replacement batteries. This set was free, so I'll put up with them for another couple years until they fail. I get about 36 months out of each set. A pair of optimas would be nice for my truck some day. I have a Blue top Optima in my sail boat now too...
