Custom rear bumper and had single large dia pipe pivot on top of bumper. Arm then goes to center of vehicle and up to end up with tire carrier.
Clamp onto top of bumper to avoid rattling.
Liked them and couldn't find the brand name on them, or found web site (no time this week). Did find them before the virus/worm attack, but lost that part of the file system.
Getting back into welding building some stuff for parents garage (helped build a 3 car garage in my teens and modifying it now). Nephews and daughters are now interested in learning HOW2 weld. Would be great if time to make one up for nephews Toyota 4x4 (35" dia tires won't fit in spare tire well underneath bed)
