I like the comment about "getting lost in all the other maintenance records". Last time I looked, my file with repair records has more papers in it than my kids' medical records (3 kids, all under 7) hehe. Not to sound flippant but sometimes you just gotta say "oh well WTF" and pay the bill. This probably qualifies for an entry into #1 Son's category of "Are we all Nuts!"

: I also had a '94 and now a '96. You just can't substitute for the extra horses when you need to get up the hill or out of the way. Had the intake gasket repaired on the '96 at 80k, it just gets lost in all the other maintenance you need to do on trucks, no big deal.
