No TSB I have found for the seat. You can save a TON of money by buying the riser assembly from somebody like Dal and doing the job yourself. Honest, I'm no mechanical wizard (all right enough of that giggling I'm hearing) and I did it in less than an hour.

I paid $348.74 (incl. 6% tax) for the part - off the street. I'll bet Dal can beat that by 20-30%. 8 bolts and a connector or two later, you have a whole new feel in the seat. If they charge you more than 1/2 hour labor, at least ask for a kiss.

Was your 'burb stolen? I have heard that many times the seat riser is damaged in the act or subsequent abuse of a stolen Suburban.

The part number on my 95 Tahoe was 15975329, I'll bet money it's the same.
