Three 16x8 rims....One 16x7, bad for the truck????

I currently am running 285s on 16x8 rims. I am going to be getting a full size spare. My question is, should i get a 16x8 rim, or can i use the stock 16x7 rim???? Will having a smaller rim width (but same diameter) cause any trouble?
