Clarification on TSB's for Brakes and Transmission

I have read #1 Son's page on brakes and transmissions but, I am not sure of a couple of areas. Just need to bounce a few questions off the experts before I move forward. First are the brakes. Burb has the RPO C6P/8600 lbs GVW and the JD7/hydraulic power brakes. What is the latest TSB for replacement of the brake proportioning valve? What is the GM P/N for the proportioning valve? Second is the transmission. I have owned my burb for about a year and have put on 11K miles. I purchased the burb with 94K miles. From all indications, I am the first to replace the transmission filter and flush the system. The transmission fluid did not smell burned, and there were no particles in the pan. There was a very, very small amount of grime on the magnetic strip attached to the inside bottom of the pan. The transmission shifts fine and I have had no problems w/it whatsoever. On the VCM is the following label: "SVC #16229684 Factory Authorized Remanufactured Delphi" There is no label attached to the VCM or any of the wire bundles leading into the VCM to indicate TSB incorporation. I have talked to the previous owner regarding the remanufactured VCM. He does not have recollection or record of any transmission problems. Can a non-transmission related problem cause the VCM to fail and therefore be replaced w/a remanufactured VCM? Does this remanufactured VCM qualify for TSB incorporation? Thank you.
