I was speaking with a fellow who has a 92 2 wheel drive 2500. He was showing me his brake set up which was by Warner?. He uses it to tow a 26' Trailer. His previous experiances with electronic controllers were not positive and this has been trouble free since its installation in 92. It attached to his brake pedal and was hinged at the Bottom and sprung out at the top. If he pressed on the top of his brake pedal it applied voltage to his trailer brakes. It looked interesting. Certainly different from the electronic controllers most commonly used.

: OK, then I wasn't imagining things. I knew it was prewired. I just gotta find what I did with the harness. That will make things much easier. I assume the trailer battery is for a runaway trailer/brake overide feature? I guess then, I will be looking for a controller. Got some ideas on a cheap/effective one? Thanks a bunch for the info!!
