I was plagued by a bad vibration at 65-70mph in my 95 Tahoe 4dr 4wd. I went through the usual balance,rotate,align crap like every one of you. I also took the plunge with the fancy new system that Als454 spoke of. That machine helped more than anything else, so I believe it is better than the traditional methods. However, my problem wasn't cured.
It ended up being warped front brake rotors. Replaced them and installed new pads, and all is well again.
