95's are electronically controlled, not vacuum. When my '95 suddenly quit blowing anywhere but the floor, I had to replace the control head.It was an easy job but cost $113.40 from Lambert Buick-GMC at http://www.partsgm.com/. They give great internet discounts; the local Chevy place was about $180. The p/n is 16233142, e-mail them for a quote which is sometimes a lot cheaper than the price listed on the website's parts list.
