This may be a little off topic. But since it does have something to do with Traffics, I guess it'll be okay.
The City of Houston has done something in our neighborhood that's hard to understand. Somehow, someone in City Hall has decided that our sidewalks need to function like an "Express Ways" for the Physically Challenged people.
I do not want to use up all the resources on this board. So, I have made up a Web Page with pictures to explain what they had done. The link below to take you there.
