Just got back from San Antonio and the Alamo Bowl, yeah we lost to a pretty fair bunch of Iowans', a good time was had by all however; good folks those Hawkeyes.
Anyway on the trip back we ran into some cold weather and I was in the passenger seat letting my Dad drive the truck, my legs got really cold and upon feeling around below the glove box I found that cold air was coming into the cab in that area. I called the dealership about the problem today to ask what the TSB said about the fix because I am sure that I have read numerous posts on this board in the past about this problem. Their comment was that they were unaware of any problem and that there was no TSB that addressed it. I have tried the search on the board but it doesn't seem to be working. I'd really like to know what the fix is before taking it in for the stooges to work on. Has anyone had this air leak fixed or recall what the fix was? BTW its a 2001 Sub 2500 with 8.1 and climate control if that makes any dif. Thanks, Randy
