I have a 99 K2500 with 24,000. The new TSB is 99-05-24-001. This TSB calls for new rear shoes and a new proportioning valve. Also I spoke to the folks at Brake Check and the manager said if the vehicle pulls to the left then it may be the front brake hose is faulty. He said the hoses are prone to collapse internally and you can not tell that the hose is bad by viewing it. He said they fix brakes for hundreds of vehicles and he only stocks two hoses, the front left and right for Suburbans.
