Michelin LTX M/S or A/T?

I am ready to purchase new tires for my 98 K2500 Suburban. I want the Michelin LTX, but can't decide whether to get the M/S or the A/T. What are the primary differences? I drive mainly on paved roads and am looking for a tire with excellent wet and dry traction, with excellent cornering ability. I like the more aggressive tread design of the A/T's(would look good on the truck). I am concerned that if I go with the A/T's then the wet and dry traction won't be as good as the M/S's. I noticed that the M/S's have siping for traction in the snow and ice. Do the A/T's have this siping? Are the A/T's much noisier than the M/S's? I am going from the stock LT245/75/16 Firestone Steeltex to the Michelin LTX(?) LT265/75/16. Would I be happy with the Michelin LTX A/T's for mostly city and highway driving?

Thanks,
TJ
